When the audit was scheduled in Q-Pulse, some scope items may have been added already. However, to add new scope items:
- Within the Audit scope section, click the icon.
- In the Select Scope Item screen, select one of the following from the drop-down list:
- Area of Standard - A tree view will appear. You can select any item in any hierarchy.
- Department - A tree view will appear. You can select any item in any hierarchy.
- Document - Choose your search criteria (document type or keyword), click [Search], then select a document title.
- Supplier - Enter a keyword, click [Search], then select a supplier name.
- Process - A tree view will appear. You can select any item in any hierarchy.
- Product Service - A tree view will appear. You can select any item in any hierarchy.
- Other Subject (this is a secondary audit category) - A tree view will appear. You can select any item in any hierarchy.
- - Asset Register / Hazard Register (if your Q-Pulse is integrated with Gael Risk) - Expand the hierarchy to select a register - only the lowest level hierarchy can be selected (all higher level hierarchies are shown in italics). Adding a register will add all the register AND all the risks contained within that register as scope items.
- - Risk (if your Q-Pulse is integrated with Gael Risk) - Enter part of the risk name and click [Search]. Select the name of the risk.
- Click [OK] to add your scope item.
To remove any scope item, click its icon, followed by [OK] to confirm.
