When a document is created in the draft register in Q-Pulse, the document owner should add approvers to it. Once these approvers have accepted the document, it should then be moved to either the draft approved (if there are actions to be performed) or the active register - where it is then generally available to users.
If you are required to approve a document, you will receive a notification in your "My Actions" / Workload. If messaging has been set up, you will also be informed via email. Both your Workload / My Actions and the message will contain a link to access the record(s) you need to work on.
