Managing Incident Stages and Closing the Incident

Each incident can have a series of stages which outline the work that must be performed to manage the CA/PA through to closure.

 

Each stage should have a target date and an owner who is responsible for closing the stage. You can change any field in an incident stage until it is closed (i.e. it has this icon - )

 

Each stage can also have actions assigned to them, which must all be completed before the stage itself can be completed.
